Recently, my wife and I considered moving out of the house that we are in and finding another a little further from the shore fog. About a year ago April had shown properties to a brother, from Mountain View, who was considering moving into the area. So, once again we called on April, but this time we were to be more personally involved. This letter is to attest to the many qualities that April exhibited during our "quest".
April repeatedly showed a level of professionalism and knowledge that we aren't accustomed so seeing in someone thirty years our junior.
